  • 4 green bell peppers , tops removed and seeded
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ onion , chopped
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 zucchini , chopped
  • ½ red bell pepper , chopped
  • ½ yellow bell pepper , chopped
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes , drained
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • Italian seasoning , to taste
  • Garlic powder , to taste
  • Salt and pepper , to taste


  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Gather all the necessary ingredients.
  • Wrap the green bell peppers in aluminum foil and place them in a baking dish.
