  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil , divided

  • 1 teaspoon of chili powder , divided

  • ยพ teaspoon of ground black pepper , divided
  • ยฝ teaspoon of ground cumin , divided
  • 1 flank steak , weighing around 1 ยฝ pounds
  • 2 limes , medium-sized, quartered
  • 6 flour tortillas , 6 inches in size, warmed
