  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 medium onions , finely chopped
  • 5 cloves of garlic , minced
  • 2 cans (4 oz each) of diced green chiles
  • 2 tsp of ground cumin
  • 1 tsp of dried oregano
  • 4 cups of chicken broth
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) of great northern beans , drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups of Monterey Jack cheese , shredded

  • In a large skillet, heat it over medium-high heat.
  • Cook and stir the pork in the hot skillet until it turns brown and crumbly, which should take around 5 to 7 minutes.
