  • 1 ½ pounds chicken breast , without skin or bones, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can of tomato sauce
  • 1 cup of plain yogurt
  • 1 jalapeno pepper , seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of freshly minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon of ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons of garam masala
  • 2 teaspoons of ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons of paprika
  • 1 clove of garlic , minced
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 cup of heavy whipping cream
