  • 1 lb of ground beef , lean
  • ¼ tsp of black pepper , ground
  • ¼ tsp of salt
  • ½ tsp of garlic powder
  • ½ cup of ketchup
  • 6 (8 inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 (8 oz) package of shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • ½ cup of sour cream
  • cup of ketchup


  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook and stir the beef with black pepper, salt, and garlic powder until it is browned and crumbly (about 5 to 7 minutes). Drain and discard any excess grease.
  • Reduce the heat to low and mix in 1/2 cup of ketchup into the beef.
  • Place a tortilla onto a work surface and spread about 1/3 cup of the beef mixture and 1/4 cup of shredded cheese in a line down the center of the tortilla.
