  • 3 ounces of semisweet chocolate , chopped
  • 1 ounce of unsweetened chocolate , chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
