  • Salt and pepper , as desired
  • 4 cups of baby potatoes , cut into quarters
  • 1/2 pound of green beans , trimmed and cut in half
  • 1/3 cup of plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons of freshly chopped dill
  • Zest and juice of a small lemon
  • 1 grated garlic clove
  • 4 cups of arugula
  • 2 tablespoons of capers
