  • 1 package (12 oz) of extra-firm tofu , drained and cut into cubes
  • 1 tbsp seasoned salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp butter or margarine
  • 1 small onion , chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic , minced
  • 1 can (10 oz) of coconut milk
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • ยฝ tsp salt
  • ยผ tsp ground black pepper
  • ยผ cup fresh cilantro , chopped
