  • 4 cloves of garlic , finely minced
  • 6 cups of kidney beans , canned and drained
  • 2 cups of water
  • 3 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp of chili powder
  • 4 tsp of prepared mustard
  • 2 tsp of ground cumin
  • A pinch of cayenne pepper , or to taste
  • 4 cups of cooked sweet potatoes , mashed
  • 12 (10-inch) flour tortillas , warmed
  • 8 oz of Cheddar cheese , shredded
