  • 1/3 cup of chilled water
  • 3 packages (0.25 ounce each) of flavorless gelatin
  • 1/2 package of unsweetened powdered beverage mix (like Kool-Aid®)
  • 2 teaspoons of stevia powder , or adjust to your preference


  • Place candy molds on a baking sheet and set them aside.
  • In a glass liquid measuring cup, measure the cold water. Dissolve the gelatin in the cold water, stirring constantly to prevent any lumps.
  • Add the soft drink mix and stevia powder to the gelatin mixture and stir well. Set aside.
