  • 4 ounces of pistachios , without shells
  • 4 ounces of sugar , divided, plus 1 cup
  • 4 egg whites
  • Pinch Pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon of almond extract
  • 6 cups of raspberries
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of lemon zest
  • 1 pint of fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup of framboise liquor

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place the pistachios in the oven and roast for 10 minutes. Then, transfer them to a sheet pan.
