1. Can I use frozen salmon for this recipe?

While fresh salmon is always the best option, you can still use frozen salmon if that’s what you have on hand. Just make sure to thaw it thoroughly before cooking to ensure even cooking.

2. Can I substitute the vegetables with other options?

Absolutely! Feel free to get creative and use your favorite vegetables or whatever you have in your fridge. Just keep in mind that different vegetables may have different cooking times, so adjust accordingly.

3. Is everything bagel seasoning spicy?

No, everything bagel seasoning is not spicy. It adds a savory and slightly tangy flavor to the dish, but it doesn’t have any heat. If you prefer a spicier kick, you can add some red pepper flakes or cayenne pepper to the seasoning.

4. Can I use other seasonings instead of everything bagel seasoning?

Definitely! If you’re not a fan of everything bagel seasoning or simply don’t have it on hand, you can use other seasonings such as lemon pepper, Italian seasoning, or even a simple mix of salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

5. How long does it take to cook the salmon?

The cooking time will depend on the thickness of your salmon fillets. As a general rule of thumb, cook the salmon at 400°F (200°C) for about 12-15 minutes per inch of thickness. You’ll know it’s done when the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

6. Can I use parchment paper on the sheet pan?

Absolutely! Using parchment paper can make cleanup even easier. Simply line your sheet pan with parchment paper before placing the vegetables and salmon on top. It will prevent sticking and make cleanup a breeze.

7. Can I make this sheet pan dinner ahead of time?

While it’s best to enjoy this dish fresh out of the oven, you can definitely prepare some parts ahead of time. You can chop the vegetables and season the salmon in advance, then assemble everything on the sheet pan just before baking.

8. Can I add some lemon juice to the dish?

Absolutely! Squeezing some fresh lemon juice over the salmon and vegetables before serving adds a bright and refreshing touch to the dish. It’s a simple addition that can take the flavors to the next level.
