Ingredients

  • 3 lbs of ground beef
  • 3 tbsp of BBQ sauce
  • ยฝ tsp of garlic powder
  • ยฝ tsp of black pepper
  • ยผ tsp of salt
  • ยฝ lb of bacon , sliced into 1/4 inch pieces
  • 1 medium onion , finely chopped
  • ยพ cup of shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 6 hamburger buns , split

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, barbecue sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well using your hands.
  • Take a small handful of the mixture (about 1/4 pound) and shape it into a thin patty. Repeat this process to make a total of 12 patties.
