  • 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice (approximately 2 lemons)
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons of low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons of toasted sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 cups of shredded white meat from a rotisserie chicken (about 5 ounces)
