  • 7 oz of high-quality white chocolate , finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp of Irish cream liqueur (Baileys is recommended)
  • 1/2 tsp of pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of finely chopped hazelnuts
  • 6 oz of bittersweet or dark chocolate , finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • In a heat-proof bowl, place the cream and set it over a pan of simmering water.
  • Cook the cream until it is heated through.
  • Slowly stir the white chocolate into the warm cream using a wire whisk until it is completely melted.
  • Whisk in the liqueur and vanilla.
  • Cover the mixture and chill it in the refrigerator for 1 hour or until it is pliable but firm enough to scoop.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
