  • 1 can (15.25 ounces) of crushed pineapple in juice , drained
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 package (3.4 ounces) of instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 tub (8 ounces) of frozen whipped topping , thawed

  • Soak the wheat berries in water for at least 5 hours or overnight.
