  • ยพ cup of diced tomatoes
  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 1 teaspoon of ground cumin

  • Salt , to taste
  • A pinch of cayenne pepper , or to taste
  • ยฝ cup of black beans , drained and rinsed
  • ยผ cup of diced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil , or as needed
  • 8 whole grain tortillas
  • Cooking spray
