  • 2 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese , softened
  • 3 ½ cups of shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (1 oz) package of Ranch-style dressing mix
  • 2 cups of chopped pecans
  • 1 cup of whole pecans
  • 7 whole-wheat crackers
  • ¼ of a red bell pepper
  • 1 black olive
  • ½ tsp of softened cream cheese
  • 1 slice of yellow zucchini


  • Combine cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, and dressing mix in a large bowl. Mix well until fully combined.
  • Shape the mixture into a large ball.
  • Roll the ball in chopped pecans until the surface is coated.
  • Refrigerate the ball for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • To decorate the turkey, arrange a row of whole-wheat crackers at the back of the cheese ball to resemble tail feathers.
