  • 1 1/4 cups of all-purpose flour , plus 1/3 cup for the work surface
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter (1 stick)
  • 20 fresh sage leaves
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
