  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • ยผ teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • 4 cups of beef broth
  • 2 cups of water
  • 4 sprigs of fresh parsley , chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped celery leaves
  • 1 bay leaf
  • ยฝ teaspoon of dried marjoram
  • 1 can (15.25 ounces) of whole kernel corn , drained
  • 1 ยฝ cups of peeled , diced Yukon Gold potatoes
  • 1 ยฝ cups of sliced carrots
  • 1 ยฝ cups of chopped celery
  • 1 can (6 ounces) of tomato paste
