  • 1 small onion , chopped
  • 4 cloves of garlic , minced
  • A pinch of garlic salt
  • A pinch of onion powder
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray
  • 4 cans (14.5 oz each) chicken broth
  • 4 large carrots , cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 3 stalks of celery , cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 3 potatoes , cubed
