  • 1 tablespoon of mirin (Japanese sweet wine)
  • ยฝ teaspoon of granulated garlic
  • ยฝ teaspoon of ground ginger
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of cooking oil , separated
  • ยฝ cup of sliced shallot
  • 1 pound of fresh green beans , trimmed
  • 1 teaspoon of chicken base
  • ยฝ cup of water
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
