- 2 pieces Chopped Onion

- 10 slices Ginger
- 300 ml Cooking Oil
- 1 stick Cinnamon
- 4 pieces Bay Leaf
- 4 flowers of Star Anise
- 60 g Green Sichuan Pepper
- 30 g Red Sichuan Pepper
- 30 g Ground White Pepper
- 30 g Ground Dried Chili
- 5 tablespoons Black Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- Pinch Pinch of Sugar
