  • cooking spray
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ bunch of Swiss chard , chopped
  • 1 ½ cups button mushrooms , sliced
  • cup onion , chopped
  • 2 tbsp smoked salmon
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 ½ cups low-fat milk
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • chopped fresh chives , for garnish (optional)

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Apply nonstick cooking spray to a 9-inch pie plate.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil.
  • Add Swiss chard, mushrooms, and onion to the skillet.
