  • 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs (made from approximately 18 whole crackers)
  • 1 stick (8 tablespoons) of melted unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • A pinch of fine salt
  • Three 11.5-ounce containers of whipped cream cheese
  • 1 and 1/4 cups of sugar
  • One 16-ounce container of sour cream , at room temperature
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 4 large eggs , at room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon of red gel food coloring (adjust amount for desired color)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of blue gel food coloring (adjust amount for desired color)


  • Place the oven rack in the middle position and preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
