  • Two 1/4-ounce packets of active-dry yeast (4 1/2 teaspoons)

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil , plus extra for greasing the bowl

  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 cup pure pumpkin puree
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
