Making Pecan Pie Monkey Bread

Creating this delectable dessert is surprisingly easy. Start by cutting a package of refrigerated biscuit dough into pieces and rolling them into balls. Then, coat each ball in a mixture of melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Add in some pecans for that extra crunch.

Layer the coated dough balls in a greased bundt pan, making sure to distribute the pecans evenly. Bake it in the oven until the bread is golden brown and the caramel glaze is bubbling. The anticipation will be almost unbearable as you wait for it to cool slightly before digging in.

  • To make the dough, start by dissolving the yeast in water in the bowl of a stand mixer. Next, add 3 cups of flour, milk, butter, sugar, salt, and eggs. Beat the mixture on medium speed for 3 minutes. Gradually stir in enough of the remaining flour to create a firm dough.
