  • 1 ½ pounds mixed beef , veal, and pork meatloaf mixture
  • 2 green apples – peeled , cored, and diced
  • 1 small white onion – diced
  • 1 cup crushed herb-seasoned stuffing mix (e.g. , Pepperidge Farm® Herb-Seasoned Stuffing)
  • 3 stalks celery – diced
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 can (10.75 ounces) cream of mushroom soup


  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
