  • 4 ounces (120ml) of mezcal
  • 1 ounce (30ml) of Mandarine Napoléon liqueur (refer to note)
  • 1 ounce (30ml) of freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 1/2 ounces (45ml) of Castelvetrano olive brine (preferably Divina brand; refer to note)
  • 4 dashes of Bar Keep Fennel Bitters (refer to note)


  • Skewer 2 olives onto each of 2 cocktail picks.
  • In a cocktail shaker, combine mezcal, Mandarine Napoléon, lime juice, olive brine, and bitters.
  • Fill the cocktail shaker about 2/3 full with ice.
