  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • ½ cup of shallots , sliced
  • 10 slices of jarred jalapeno peppers , chopped (adjust according to preference)
  • ½ cup of cranberry jelly
  • 2 cups of cooked turkey , shredded
  • ½ cup of white Cheddar cheese , shredded
  • 48 scoop-style tortilla chips (such as Tostitos® Scoops®)


  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Cook and stir the shallots in the melted butter until softened, approximately 2 minutes.
  • Stir in the jalapeno peppers with the shallots and cook until fragrant, about 2 more minutes.
  • Add the cranberry jelly to the skillet with the shallots and peppers, stirring until melted.
