  • 6 1/2 cups of white buttercream or frosting
  • Ivory gel food coloring
  • Brown gel food coloring
  • Red gel food coloring
  • 23 cupcakes of your choice
  • 1 large red gumdrop
  • Multi-colored sprinkles for decoration


  • Set aside approximately 1 cup of white buttercream and transfer it to a piping bag fitted with a large star tip.
  • Use ivory food coloring with a few drops of brown to color about 2 cups of buttercream, making it dark tan/light brown for the cone.
