Ingredients
  

  • Fresh pineapple chunks (about )
  • Medium zucchinis , sliced into 1-inch pieces
  • Medium yellow squash , sliced into 1-inch pieces
  • ½ pound whole fresh mushrooms
  • Medium red onion , cut into chunks
  • Cherry tomatoes (about 12)
  • Medium red bell pepper , cut into chunks
  • Bamboo skewers (about 8) , soaked in water for 20 minutes

  • 1 ½ teaspoons dried basil
  • ¾ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon salt
