  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup of freshly chopped parsley
  • ½ cup of dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of dried basil
  • 1 pound of bacon , sliced and halved crosswise

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, thoroughly mix together ground beef, eggs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, bread crumbs, garlic, onion powder, salt, black pepper, oregano, and basil.
  • Shape the meat mixture into 2-inch meatballs.
  • Take half a slice of bacon and wrap it around a meatball. Rotate the meatball 45 degrees and wrap another half-slice of bacon around it, ensuring that the meat is fully enclosed by the bacon. Repeat this process to make a total of 12 meatballs, each wrapped in 2 half-slices of bacon.
