Ingredients
  

  • 1 package of extra-firm tofu (14 ounces) , cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of sambal oelek
  • 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons of sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons of cornstarch
  • 2 green onions , chopped
  • 5 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Place the tofu on a plate lined with paper towels. Cover it with more paper towels and another plate. Use a weight of 3-5 pounds to press the tofu for 30 minutes. Remove any liquid that accumulates.
