  • 1/2 cup of fresh basil , sliced into small strips
  • 3/4 pound of linguine
  • 1/2 cup of freshly grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
  • 5 roasted pasilla chiles , peeled, deseeded and cut into strips
  • 2 roasted red peppers , peeled, deseeded and cut into strips
  • Fresh basil , thinly sliced for garnish
