  • 1 lb of bacon
  • 1 lb of sausage
  • 1 tbsp of melted butter
  • 2 tbsp of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb of shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3 cups of heavy whipping cream
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup of half-and-half


  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook and stir the bacon and sausage until they are evenly browned and the bacon is crisp. This should take about 10 minutes. Drain the cooked bacon and sausage on a plate lined with paper towels.
