  • 1 (9-inch) prepared pie crust for deep dish
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil , or as required
  • 2 cups finely chopped broccoli
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
