  • 1 (9 inch) chocolate cookie crumb crust
  • ½ package (16 ounces) of frozen sliced strawberries in syrup
  • 1 pint of softened strawberry ice cream
  • 1 small fresh orange
  • ¼ cup of fresh raspberries , or more if desired
  • ¼ cup of sliced fresh strawberries , or more if desired
  • 1 tablespoon of multicolored candy sprinkles , or to taste
  • 3 sprigs of fresh mint , or more if desired


  • Place 1 pint of mango sorbet into the cookie crust and let it soften slightly while you prepare the berry filling.
