  • 2 tablespoons of poultry seasoning
  • 8 cups of cubed stuffing mix (e.g. , Pepperidge Farm)
  • 4 to 5 cups of chicken stock (adjust quantity as needed)
  • 1 beaten egg (if making Stuffin Muffins)

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and melt 1 stick of butter in it.
