  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 large egg , at room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
  • 28 sliced almonds (large size)
  • 1/2 cup of raspberry jam


  • Position the oven rack in the middle of the oven and preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
