  • 2 cups of diced cooked turkey
  • 2 tablespoons of butter (salted)
  • 1 (8 ounce) package of sliced mushrooms
  • ยฝ medium onion , finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic , minced
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can of condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 ยผ cups of leftover turkey gravy
  • ยฝ cup of milk
  • ยฝ teaspoon of curry powder
  • ยฝ teaspoon of poultry seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup of shredded Cheddar cheese
