  • 3/4 cup of dark brown sugar , packed
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • 5 egg yolks
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 1 (9-inch) deep dish frozen pie shell
  • 1 cup of toasted chopped pecans
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
