  • 1 ¼ cups of crushed graham crackers
  • cup of melted butter
  • ¼ cup of white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
  • 2 packages (10 ounces each) of frozen sweetened sliced strawberries , thawed and drained
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • 3 packages (8 ounces each) of cream cheese , softened
  • 1 can (14 ounces) of sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup of lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of water (optional)
