  • 6 ounces of chopped artichoke hearts (about 1 cup) , thawed if frozen
  • 8 ounces of cream cheese , at room temperature
  • 1 cup of frozen spinach , defrosted, drained, and finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Kosher salt and black pepper
  • 2 sheets of puff pastry , thawed (from a 17.3-ounce package)
  • All-purpose flour , for dusting
  • 1 large egg
