  • 10 eggs

  • 1 package (16 oz) shredded Monterey Jack cheese

  • 1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach , thawed, drained, and squeezed dry
  • 2 cans (4.5 oz) sliced mushrooms , drained
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
