  • 4 medium sweet potatoes (approximately 1 3/4 pounds)
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • 1 cup of packed dark brown sugar
  • 1 cup of chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 6 tablespoons of unsalted butter , softened at room temperature
