  • 7 packages of assorted fruit-flavored Jell-O® mix (each package weighing 3 ounces)
  • 4 ½ cups of boiling water (divided)
  • 4 ½ cups of cold water (divided)
  • 1 can of evaporated milk (12 fluid ounces , divided)
  • 1 container of frozen whipped topping (8 ounces) , thawed

Instructions
 

  • Prepare a 9x13 inch dish by coating it with cooking spray.
  • In a bowl, dissolve one package of gelatin in 3/4 cup of boiling water. Mix well until the gelatin is fully dissolved.
  • Stir in 3/4 cup of cold water into the gelatin mixture.
  • Spoon the gelatin mixture into the prepared dish and refrigerate it for about 45 minutes, or until it is almost set.
  • In a separate bowl, dissolve another package of gelatin in 1/2 cup of boiling water. Mix well until the gelatin is fully dissolved.
