  • 1 ½ lbs of chicken breasts without skin or bones
  • ½ cup of honey
  • ¼ cup of soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp of ketchup
  • 2 tbsp of dried minced onion
  • 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
  • ½ tsp of garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp of water
  • 2 tsp of cornstarch
  • 1 tsp of sesame seeds (optional)


  • Place the chicken evenly in a slow cooker.
  • In a bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, ketchup, onion, oil, and garlic powder. Mix well and pour over the chicken.
