Ingredients
  

  • 2 bunches of Swiss chard
  • 1 tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
  • Lemon wedge
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Remove the stems from the chard leaves and cut the stems into 1/4-inch slices.
  • Roughly chop the chard leaves.
  • In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat.
  • Add the sliced chard stems to the skillet and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until they start to soften.
  • Add the chopped chard leaves, garlic, salt, and a few grinds of pepper to the skillet.
  • Sauté the mixture for 1 to 2 minutes until the leaves are wilted.
  • Turn off the heat and drizzle some lemon juice over the chard. Give it a toss.
  • Season to taste and serve.
