Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bacon , diced
  • ยฝ cup of onion , finely chopped
  • 2 packages of ramen noodles (3 ounces each) , without the flavor packets
  • ยฝ cup of frozen peas
  • 1 egg
  • ยฝ cup of shredded Parmesan cheese
  • ยผ teaspoon of kosher salt
  • 1 pinch of red pepper flakes
  • Fresh parsley , chopped

Instructions

  • Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until it becomes crispy, which should take around 5 minutes.
  • Transfer the cooked bacon to paper towels in order to drain the excess grease.
  • In the same skillet with the bacon drippings, add the onion and cook until it becomes tender, which should take around 3 to 5 minutes.
